  • What is Hotmart Expedition?

    On September 29, for the first time in our 10-year history, Hotmart is putting together an exclusive global meeting to help our creator reach new heights.


    We've planned an amazing event with Hotmart experts who will give you valuable insights into growing your business and boosting your profits. We'll also have a very special guest to show you the true path to success. The event starts at: 1 p.m. Mexico and Colombia | 2 p.m. USA | 3 p.m. Brazil | 8 p.m. Spain and the Netherlands


  • How can I access the event?

    The access link to the event will be shared via email.


    On the day of the event:


    Please try to access the event 1 hour before it starts to make sure you have a good connection and your access has been cleared. 


    If you see the following message: ‘Hi, [name]! There is no content in your members' area yet.’; Don't worry, the content will be available to you soon.  


    But if you try to log in with your email linked to Hotmart and see the following message: ‘You do not have permission to access this Members Area.’; Please contact us at expedition@hotmart.com to inform us that there’s an issue with your access.

  • I can't access the content, or it's not loading properly. What should I do?

    We suggest that you:


    1. Check your internet connection; 
    2. Try accessing it on another browser or start an incognito session with Ctrl + Shift +N;
    3. Lower the video quality by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right corner.

  • I'm having connectivity issues. What should I do?

    Your browser may have a lot of data stored in its cache, and this ends up affecting the webpage. 


    So, before accessing it again, clear your browsing data by clicking Ctrl + Shift + R or follow the step-by-step instructions here: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2392709.

     

    We also suggest you try accessing through another browser or an incognito tab. Another alternative is lowering the video quality by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right corner.
